Splashup: Edit Your Photos in a Browser

http://www.splashup.com/ - Splashup is a webapp that allows for Photoshop-like functionality all from within your browser. With this application, you pretty much have the basic image editing tools at your disposal, including layer capabilities, brushes, blending modes, filters, and effects.

You can also edit multiple photos at once, and even upload them to and from your photo sharing sites such as Flickr, Facebook, and Picasa. This means that if you have your photos stored on any of these services, you can edit them from pretty much anywhere you have an internet connection.

The presentation is also really nice. Tools are easy to find and menus simple to navigate. The interface is undoubtedly inspired by Photoshop.

So, if you want a sufficiently versatle image manipulation on-the-go, then check out Splashup.
